Die Wärterin (2024)
Gefängniswärterin Eva glaubt an das Gute im Menschen. Stets hat sie ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen ihrer Häftlinge, gibt Schwerverbrechern sogar Yoga-Kurse, um der Enge ihrer Zellen zu entkommen. Als jedoch der Straftäter Mikkel in ihre Haftanstalt überstellt wird, steht Evas progressive Weltanschauung vor einer Zerreißprobe, denn die beiden verbindet eine gewaltsame Vergangenheit. Unter einem Vorwand lässt sie sich zu ihm in den Hochsicherheitstrakt versetzen – dem brutalsten im gesamten Knast. Hier entspinnt sich ein perfides Machtspiel, an dessen Ende sich Eva entscheiden muss, wie weit sie für den Wunsch nach Vergeltung zu gehen bereit ist.
