Dresden, 1978: Als Stasi-Chef Erich Mielke nach einem sensationellen Sieg in der DDR-Meisterschaft in die Kabine von Dynamo Dresden stürmt, kippt die ausgelassene Stimmung in pures Entsetzen. Denn Mielke entscheidet, dass ab sofort sein Lieblingsverein, der Berliner FC Dynamo, die DDR-Oberliga übernimmt.
