Whisky brutal (1970)
USA 1932. Seit 20 Jahren ist hier Alkohol verboten. Doch die Kentucky-Farmer waren nicht faul und haben ihren Whisky schwarz gebrannt. Son Martin (Alan Alda) hat für seinen Stoff ein Versteck unter dem Familiengrab. Taulbee (Richard Widmark), ein Gangsterboß, und Long (Patrick McGoohan), ein korrupter Alkoholfahnder, bekommen Wind von der Sache und wollen sich das flüssige Gold unter den Nagel reißen. Sie terrorisieren und schießen sich durchs Land und auf einen Mord mehr oder weniger kommt es ihnen nicht an. Natürlich linken sie sich auch gegenseitig. Als sie das Whisky-Versteck auf dem Friedhof endlich entdecken, erwartet sie eine hochexplosive Überraschung...
