Schwer vorstellbar, aber wahr: Nach aktuellen Schätzungen sind von weltweit 500.000 aktiven männlichen Fußballprofis keine 10 offen homosexuell. Während in anderen Lebensbereichen Homosexualität heute kaum noch eine Rolle spielt, scheint das Thema im Profifußball völlig tabu zu sein. Der abendfüllende Dokumentarfilm [ …] lässt neben Thomas Hitzlsperger diejenigen ihre ganz persönliche Geschichte erzählen, die genau dieses Tabu gebrochen haben.
