Blue State - Eine Reise ins Blaue (2007)
John Logue, Wahlkämpfer für sein Idol John Kerry, schwört nach Kanada zu ziehen, falls John Kerry die Präsidentschaftswahlen 2004 nicht gewinnt. Als George W. Bush wiedergewählt wird, will John sein Versprechen einlösen. Da er nicht alleine fahren will, sucht er per Inserat eine Begleitung. Gemeinsam mit der geheimnisvollen Chloe, die ihre eigenen Gründe hat das Land zu verlassen, begibt er sich auf die Reise nach Winnipeg. Auf der Fahrt kommen sich die beiden näher und lernen die Hintergründe des jeweils anderen für die Reise und dessen wahre Geschichte kennen.
