You Can't Kill Stephen King (2012)
Ein paar Freunde wollen ein entspanntes Wochenende in der Provinz verbringen, ihr exaktes Ziel ist ein idyllischer See nahe einem kleinen beschaulichen Ort. An jenem Gewässer haust außerdem der berühmte Horror-Autor Stephen King, dem die Freunde auch liebend gern einen Besuch abstatten würden. Doch kaum angekommen stoßen sie erst einmal auf die nicht vorhandene Gastfreundlichkeit der Einwohner, die den Urlaubern gegenüber äußerst abweisend reagieren - und zwar besonders, als sie sich nach dem berühmten Autor erkundigen. Schon bald verwandelt sich der entspannte Kurzurlaub zu einem merkwürdigen Albtraum-Trip mit seltsamen Todesfällen. Und als wäre dies noch nicht genug, so haben die Vorfälle auch noch große Ähnlichkeit mit den Taten aus den Büchern des dort heimischen Horror-Autors…
