Mutterliebe - Eine Frau kämpft um ihr Kind (1997)
Als Erica French sich dafür entscheidet, das Baby zu behalten, das sie in der Highschool gezeugt hat, hätte sie nie geglaubt, dass sie eines Tages gegen den Vater des Kindes, Scott Stone, um das Sorgerecht kämpfen würde. Scott Stone kämpfte zunächst um das Sorgerecht, als Erica drohte, ihm den Zugang zu ihrer Tochter zu verweigern. Scott versucht weiterhin, ein Teil des Lebens seiner Tochter zu sein, aber als Molly sich zuerst auf dem Spielplatz den Arm bricht und Scotts Mutter mysteriöse Blutergüsse an ihrer Enkelin findet, kämpft Scott erneut um das Sorgerecht für die kleine Molly und dieses Mal gewinnt er, weil das Gericht der Meinung ist, dass seine Familie Molly ein stabileres Umfeld bieten kann als eine öffentliche Kindertagesstätte.
