Elvis '56 (1988)
Diese Dokumentation aus dem Jahr 1987 überzeugt durch ihre intelligente Erzählweise und das Bildmaterial aus der Anfangszeit der Karriere von Elvis Presley. Höhepunkte sind allerdings ohne Zweifel Szenen früher Bühnen- und TV-Auftritte von Presley und seiner Band, die zu Beginn als Trio, später als Quartett agierte. Zu diesen Szenen gehören auch Ausschnitte aus Milton Berles und Steve Allens Fernsehshows.
