Hornblower - Die gleiche Chance (1998)
Als in Frankreich Weltgeschichte geschrieben wird, tritt ein gewisser Horatio Hornblower als Midshipman der britischen Flotte bei. Er begegnet dem tyrannischen Jack Simpson und zieht sich prompt dessen Zorn zu. Bei dem fälligen Duell lässt sich Hornblower vertreten, doch Simpson überlebt und es kommt zu einem weiteren Aufeinandertreffen, als Hornblowers Schiff den schiffsbrüchigen Simpson an Bord nimmt.
