Ich war eine männliche Kriegsbraut (1949)
Nach Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs in Deutschland: Die amerikanische Lieutenant Catherin Gates und der französische Offizier Henri Rochard verlieben sich und heiraten. Noch am Tag ihrer Hochzeit legt jedoch Gates' Schiff zurück in die Vereinigten Staaten ab. Rochard gelingt es, als "Kriegsbraut" mit an Bord zu kommen, doch leider kann er seiner Braut auf ihrer etwas anderen Flitterwochenreise aufgrund von militärischen Bestimmungen nicht nahe kommen.
