Die Bibel (1966)
Der Film erzählt die erste Hälfte des Buches Genesis. Es beginnt mit der Schöpfungsgeschichte und der Vertreibung Adams und Evas aus dem Garten Eden. Kain erschlägt seinen Bruder Abel. Die Arche Noah bewahrt Noah vor der Sintflut. Abraham zieht nach Kanaan, wo der gläubige Mann beinahe seinen Sohn Isaak opfern muss.
