Champions - Fight for Glory (2008)
Mitte der Dreißiger Jahre träumen junge chinesische Sportler von einer Teilnahme an den Olympischen Spielen in Berlin, doch das Budget von einer halben Million Dollar, das so ein Auftritt mit allem Pipapo geschätzt schon verschlingen täte, sind ein Hürde. Kurzerhand beschließen die Sportler, ihre Künste in öffentlichen Auftritten zu versilbern bzw. auf kreative Weise Mäzene zu gewinnen. Noch aber ist unklar, wer überhaupt fährt, und so entbrennt unter den Kung-Fu-Schulen ein Streit, der auch mit Appellen an den Patriotismus nicht ohne weiteres beizulegen ist.
