Reclaim (2014)
Das junge Paar Steven und Shannon muss den Tod seines ungeborenen Babys verarbeiten. Nach einiger Zeit beschließen sie, ein Kind zu adoptieren, und reisen zu diesem Zweck nach Puerto Rico, um die letzten Details zu klären und die siebenjährige Nina kennenzulernen. Alles scheint perfekt und die frischgebackenen Eltern warten nur auf die Freigabe des Passes der Kleinen, bevor sie als glückliche Familie nach Hause zurückkehren können. Doch als sie am Strand scheinbar zufällig auf Benjamin treffen, ändert sich die Lage schlagartig, denn wenig später ist Nina verschwunden und sowohl von den Mitarbeitern als auch den Büroräumen der scheinbar legalen Adoptions-Agentur fehlt auf einmal jegliche Spur. Um ihre Tochter wiederzufinden, beginnen sie selbst Nachforschungen anzustellen und begeben sich dabei in höchste Gefahr.
