Circle of Eight - Im Kreis der Acht (2009)
Die junge Jessica (Austin Highsmith) zieht vom Lande nach Los Angeles. Kaum ist sie im Dante Building angekommen, wär sie am liebsten schon wieder weg: Ihre möblierte Wohnung ist heruntergekommen, und bis auf den attraktiven Künstler Evan (Ryan Doom) sind alle Nachbarn (darunter "Roadtrip"-Jungfrau DJ Qualls) Spanner, Spinner oder beides. Aber das Schlimmste: Immer wieder stößt sie auf übel zugerichtete Leichen ihrer Mitbewohner - doch wenig später sind sie verschwunden. Was geht nur vor im Dante? "Circle of Eight" (Originaltitel) konnte man ursprünglich als Serie im Internet verfolgen und dabei interaktiv miträtseln. Kein Wunder, dass der Grusler im Netz kaum Fans fand: Die Figuren plappern banales Zeug, eine Handlung ist kaum vorhanden. Nur sporadische Schockeffekte und Sexszenen retten das Publikum vorm Eindösen.
