Die plötzlich auftauchende Botschaft ihres seit Jahren verstorben geglaubten Vaters führt einen rebellischen Teenager in die vergessenen Straßen ihrer Stadt - und zu einem unerwarteten Wiedersehen. Das diesjährige Halloween-Fest hält für den schmierigen Möchtegern-Pornoproduzenten Ian eine bittere Lektion in Sachen Schmerz bereit. Selbst Weihnachten verläuft anders als sonst, nachdem sich ein verzweifelter Vater auf unfeine Art das letzte Exemplar eines begehrten Hightech-Geschenks sichert. Und zum Jahresausklang trifft schließlich ein psychopathischer Killer auf ein vermeintlich wehrloses Opfer - mit blutigen Konsequenzen.
