Walter (2015)
Walter (Adam J. West) ist ein sanftmütiger junger Mann, der noch bei seiner Mutter (Virginia Madsen) wohnt und im Kino als Ticketabreißer arbeitet. Ungewöhnlicherweise ist er außerdem der festen Überzeugung, der Sohn Gottes zu sein. Eine seiner wichtigen Pflichten ist es, zu entscheiden, ob Menschen ihr ewiges Leben im Himmel oder in der Hölle zubringen werden. Dann begegnet ihm der Geist Greg (Justin Kirk), der im Fegefeuer feststeckt, und glaubt, dass Walter der Schlüssel für sein weiteres Dasein ist. Er will, dass Walter die Entscheidung fällt, wo er hingehört, ob nun Himmel oder Hölle. Außerdem bringt ihn Kollegin Kendall (Leven Rambin) ganz schön durcheinander. Nach und nach beginnt Walter, seine Rolle immer unerträglicher zu finden und den Sinn des Lebens aufs Neue zu hinterfragen...
