Vom Glück verlassen reist Carlos von Los Angeles nach Australien. Doch auch Down Under reisst seine Pechsträhne nicht ab: Von Känguruhs und anderen Einheimischen muss er immer wieder Prügel einstecken. Dann macht ihm Alex ein Angebot: Sie gibt ihm Geld für die Rückreise, um ihn ihren Eltern als Bräutigam vorzustellen. Eigentlich liebt sie Bruce, einen angeberischen Nichtsnutz, aber den akzeptieren Mummy und Daddy nicht.
