Chuck - Der wahre Rocky (2017)
Chuck Wepner boxt in den USA der 1970er Jahre in der Schwergewichtsklasse, kann allerdings keine besonderen Siege vorweisen. Als der Außenseiter gegen den Boxchampion Muhammad Ali antreten soll, glauben nicht einmal Wepners erste Frau Phyliss, seine zweite Frau Linda und sein bester Freund John Stoehr daran, dass er gegen Ali große Chancen hat. Doch der Boxkampf erweist sich als große Überraschung und plötzlich ist Chuck Wepner berühmt. Sylvester Stallone dreht seinen Film Rocky beruhend auf Wepners Karriere. Mit der Bekanntheit fangen für den Aufsteiger allerdings auch die Probleme an. Die Partys und Drogen nehmen überhand und ein Absturz ist unvermeidlich. Doch beim Boxen geht es ja auch darum, wieder aufzustehen.
