Herz über Kopf - Die Melodie ihres Lebens handelt von einer jungen Musikerin, die tragischer weise erblindet. Ein kleiner Junge erbarmt sich ihrer und hilft ihr dabei, ihre neuerliche Sehbehinderung zu verstecken. Hierbei entsteht zwischen den beiden eine unglaubliche Freundschaft.
