The Neighbor - Das Grauen wartet nebenan (2016)
In einer verschlafenen Kleinstadt im US-Bundesstaat Mississippi macht jeder sein eigenes Ding – auch John und seine Freundin Rosie die ihr abgelegenes Haus als Drogenumschlagplatz für Johns Onkel Neil nutzen. Wesentlich schlimmer scheint es aber bei ihrem Nachbarn Troy und dessen zwei erwachsenen Söhnen zuzugehen. Eines Tages beobachtet Rosie durch ihr Teleskop, wie jemand auf deren Grundstück eine Leiche durch den Garten schleppt. Als Josh dann wenig später nach Hause kommt, ist seine Freundin allerdings wie vom Erdboden verschluckt, woraufhin er beschließt, das Nachbarhaus einmal genauer unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Dort macht er jedoch nicht nur eine schreckliche Entdeckung, sondern bringt schnell auch sein eigenes Leben in größte Gefahr.
