Zwei rivalisierende Teams von Regierungs-Agenten werden in einer geheimen Anlage trainert. Die Killer werden alle mit Decknamen aus einem Tarot-Kartenset benannt. Als “Der Narr” an seinem ersten Tag dort ankommt, stellt sich gleich schon heraus, dass der Boss unter mysteriösen Umständen umgebracht wurde. Nun muss der Mörder gefunden werden, bevor der ganze Laden hochgeht.
