Die Akte Jane (1997)
Jordan O′Neill stellt sich einer sehr großen Herausforderung: Als erste Frau nimmt sie am knallharten Ausbildungsprogramm der Elitetruppe Navy-SEALS teil. Zunächst stößt sie auf blanke Ablehnung und vor allem ihr Ausbilder, Master Chief Urgayle begegnet ihr mit offener Feindseligkeit. Trotz allem schafft es O′Neill, sich allmählich Anerkennung und Respekt unter den Rekruten zu verschaffen. Gegen alle Widerstände steht sie tapfer ihren Mann. Doch der wahre Kampf steht noch bevor: Sie wird Opfer einer infamen Rufmordkampagne, denn ihre ehemalige Förderin, die opportunistische Senatorin Lilian DeHaven setzt plötzlich alles daran, O′Neill scheitern zu sehen...
