Princess Cyd (2017)
Die Highschool-Sportlerin Cyd Loughlin lebt allein mit ihrem depressiven Vater in South Carolina und sehnt sich ständig danach, dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Als ihre Tante, die berühmte Schriftstellerin Miranda Ruth, zustimmt, sie im Sommer für ein paar Wochen zu beherbergen, ergreift Cyd die Gelegenheit. Dort verliebt sie sich in ein Mädchen aus der Nachbarschaft, während sie sich mit ihrer Tante sacht in den Bereichen Sex und Geist herausfordern.
