The Isle (2019)

1840 verunglückt ein weiteres Schiff an den Felsen einer fast menschenleeren Insel in Schottland. Drei Matrosen überleben den Schiffbruch und schaffen es an die Küste, wo sie von den wenigen Einheimischen aufgenommen werden, während sie auf das Schiff vom Festland warten, das sie abholt. Doch die Überlebensgeschichte der Seeleute hat gerade erst begonnen, als sie die seltsame Vergangenheit der einst so lebendigen Insel aufdecken.
