The Professor (2019)
Eines Tages bekommt Richard eine niederschmetternde Diagnose: Plötzlich sieht sich der ausgebrannte College-Professor mit einer unheilbaren Krankheit und dem unweigerlichen Ende seines Daseins konfrontiert. Er beschliesst, sein Leben komplett umzukrempeln und jegliche Konventionen über Bord zu werfen. Die restliche Zeit, die ihm noch bleibt, möchte Richard in vollen Zügen auskosten – so frei und ungestüm wie nur möglich. Dabei lässt er keine Sünde aus – er trinkt, raucht, stürzt sich in sexuelle Eskapaden und legt sich mit jedem an, der ihm in den Weg kommt. Ein Akt der Befreiung, der Richard zurück ins Leben holt. Doch die Zeit läuft ihm unaufhaltsam davon.
