Flucht aus Pretoria (2020)
Südafrika in den 1970er Jahren: Die Stimmung im Land befindet sich auf dem Siedepunkt. Viele Menschen bäumen sich gegen den staatlich verordneten Rassismus des Apartheid-Regimes auf, darunter auch einige, die der privilegierten weißen Minderheit angehören. Der Anti-Apartheid-Aktivist Tim Jenkin und Stephen Lee werden gefangen genommen, weil sie verbotenerweise Flugblätter verteilt haben, und ins Hochsicherheitsgefängnis in Pretoria gesteckt. Dort treffen sie auf Denis Goldberg und Leonard und finden in ihnen zwei Verbündete für ihre Ausbruchspläne: Sie wollen in der Gefängniswerkstatt hölzerne Kopien der Schlüssel für alle Türen anfertigen, um so möglichst schnell wieder aus dem Gefängnis entkommen zu können …
