Lightning Strikes (2009)
Die idyllische Landgemeinde Roscoe träumt von Höherem und buhlt um die Ansiedlung einer ausländischen Firma. Deren Vertreter wollen sich Roscoe aus Anlass des alljährlichen Kürbisfestes gerade mal ansehen, weshalb es überhaupt nicht gut passt, wenn ausgerechnet jetzt ein bizarres Wetterphänomen so manchen braven Bürger unversehens das Leben kostet. Der Elektromonstersturm schlägt so schnell zu, wie er wieder verschwindet. Als die Behörden versagen, bleibt es Sheriff Bradley überlassen, dem Geheimnis auf den schaurigen Grund zu gehen.
