Benjamin (2019)
Sieben Jahre hat der ambitionierte Nachwuchsregisseur Benjamin an seinem zweiten Spielfilm gearbeitet und dem Projekt alles andere untergeordnet. „Kein Selbst“ ist ein autobiografisches Drama über Liebe und Einsamkeit, in dem er selbst die Hauptrolle spielt. Am Vorabend der Premiere lernt er in einer Bar den charismatischen französischen Sänger Noah kennen und fühlt sich wie magisch zu ihm hingezogen. Doch als die Uraufführung seines Films am nächsten Tag zum Desaster wird, verschärft sich Benjamins Sinnkrise. Ist er gerade jetzt, wo seine Karriere in den Trümmern liegt, bereit für die wahre Liebe?
