Port Authority (2019)
Auf den Treppen zum New Yorker Busbahnhof Port Authority tanzen Wye und ihre Geschwister Vogue. Paul ist gerade in New York gestrandet und beobachtet die junge Frau. Magisch angezogen von ihrer Schönheit und Eleganz, wagt er den ersten Schritt. Und Wye nimmt ihn mit: in die Ballroom-Community und zu ihrer queeren Wahlfamilie, ihrem House. Als Paul realisiert, dass Wye trans ist, muss er seine eigenen Vorstellungen von Identität und Geschlecht hinterfragen – und eine Entscheidung treffen.
