Powder Girl (2011)
Gestatten: Kim, 19 Jahre alt, lässig, smart und voller Verve. Eigentlich Skateboard-Profi, vergeudet sie ihr Talent in einem Burger-Restaurant, um sich und ihren Dad zu finanzieren. Auf der Suche nach einem lukrativeren Job, nimmt sie ein Angebot als 'Chalet Girl' im noblen Ski-Ort St. Anton an. Ihre Tätigkeit besteht darin, das luxuriöse Chalet der vermögenden Familie Madsen in Ordnung zu halten und sie bei ihren vereinzelten Wochenendbesuchen rundum zu bedienen. Die burschikose Kim fühlt sich, als wäre sie auf einem andern Stern gelandet. Soviel Eitelkeit im Überfluss ist unerträglich - wäre da nicht Jonny, der smarte Sohn der Familie, in den sie sich sofort ein wenig verguckt. Zudem entdeckt sie eine neue Leidenschaft: Snowboarden. Sehr schnell entpuppt sich ihr Talent, und sie beginnt zusammen mit dem durchgeknallten Finnen Mikki für den großen 'Roxy-Slopestyle' Wettbewerb zu trainieren, bei dem ein üppiges Preisgeld winkt.
