Funny Pages (2022)
Der künstlerisch talentierte Teenager Robert hat keine Lust mehr auf die Highschool. Er eröffnet seinen Eltern, dass er Comiczeichner werden möchte und zieht aus dem bequemen Haus seiner Familie in Princeton, New Jersey, in eine abgeranzte WG im Problem-Nachbarort Trenton. Mit einem Nebenjob bei einer Behörde hält er sich fortan über Wasser. Dort begegnet er zufällig dem abgehalfterten Wallace, den er als Co-Koloristen eines seiner Lieblingscomics erkennt. Robert nimmt sich seines vermeintlichen Idols an, gerät dabei jedoch an den Falschen, denn Wallace sorgt für Chaos, wo immer er auftaucht.
