Bombay Rose (2019)
Der muslimische Waisenjunge Salim hat im Krieg seine Eltern verloren und schlägt sich nun allein durchs harte Leben. Eines Tages trifft er auf einem Markt in der aufregenden Stadt Bombay auf die junge Blumenverkäuferin Kamala. Die schöne Hindu hat mit ihren Eltern gebrochen und sorgt ebenso wie Salim für sich selbst. Die beiden verlieben sich, doch ihren aufblühenden Gefühlen stellen sich nicht nur die verschiedenen Religionen in den Weg, sondern auch ein politischer Konflikt.
