Battle of Los Angeles (2011)
Im Januar 1942 entdeckten die amerikanischen Luftstreitkräfte ein seltsames Flugobjekt über Los Angeles. Nun fast 70 Jahre später ist es zurück, und es kommt nicht mit friedlichen Absichten… Karla hat die Leitung einer streng geheimen militärischen Abwehrgruppe, die sich seit Jahrzehnten auf eine bevorstehende Invasion durch Außerirdische vorbereitet. Doch schnell müssen die Menschen erkennen, dass sie mit ihrer herkömmlichen irdischen Waffentechnik den Invasoren schutzlos ausgeliefert sind. Nur Tyler Laughlin, Kampfpilot der Airforce, hat Mut genug das Unmögliche zu versuchen und den Feind mit den eigenen Waffen zu schlagen…
