Die Cheops-Pyramide gehört zu den Pyramiden von Gizeh, dem einzigen noch erhaltenen Weltwunder der Antike. Sie wird auch als "Große Pyramide" bezeichnet und wurde vor über 4.500 Jahren im westlichen Niltal, etwa 25 Kilometer von Kairo entfernt, als Grabmal des Königs Cheops erbaut. Wie konnten die Ägypter ohne moderne Werkzeuge ein so monumentales Bauwerk errichten?
