Mit Liebe zum Mord 13: Der Juwelenraub (2020)
Aurora Teagarden organisiert eine Spendengala, die über die Zukunft der Bibliothek entscheidet. Eine große Sache für alle Beteiligten, weshalb das Seattle History Museum eine spektakuläre Leihgabe bereitstellt: Queen Elizabeths Juwelen besetztes Kopfstück, bekannt als „Leicester’s Gift“. Dementsprechend hoch sind auch die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen der Veranstaltung, die von der Polizei überwacht wird. Dennoch geschieht das Undenkbare: bei der feierlichen Präsentation ist das Kopfstück plötzlich verschwunden – genauso wie der zuständige Wachmann Brett Talbot. Als dieser tot auf einem Parkplatz aufgefunden wird, beginnt Aurora mit ihren Ermittlungen. Dabei wird schnell klar, dass Talbot nicht das einzige Opfer bleiben wird.
