Rare Birds (2001)
Dave Purcell hat die Nase gestrichen voll. Seine Ehe ist im Eimer und das kleine Restaurant 'The Auk', das er betreibt, wirft schon lange nichts mehr ab. Wäre da nicht sein bester Freund Alphonse, so würde er am liebsten alles hinschmeißen. Um Dave unter die Arme zu greifen, brütet Alphonse einen genialen Plan aus. Urplötzlich wimmelt es in dem kleinen Ort von Touristen und auch das Geschäft im Restaurant boomt wieder. Alles könnte so perfekt sein. Doch als sich Dave nun in Alphonses Schwägerin, die bildhübsche Molly, verliebt, geht das Chaos erst richtig los. Denn Alphonse und Molly betreiben noch ein paar einträgliche Nebengeschäfte, die alle nun in ziemliche Schwierigkeiten bringen.
