In der Zukunft werden im Jahre 2199 fünf Elitekämpfer dafür bezahlt, einen Mann auf einer einsamen Insel zu jagen. Die Killer allerdings haben erhebliche Probleme damit, ihren Auftrag auszuführen, als die menschliche Beute plötzlich anfängt, mit Gedankenspielen, Fallen und ungebrochener Überlebenskraft dafür zu sorgen, dass die Jäger zu Gejagten werden. Ihr vermeintlich leichtes Ziel schlägt zusehends brutal zurück und beweist eine ausgesprochene Gnadenlosigkeit in seiner Vorgehensweise …
