The Road to Guantanamo (2006)
Im Jahr 2001 fahren vier britische Muslime zu einer Hochzeit nach Pakistan. Auf ihrem Weg wollen sie sich ein Bild von der Situation in Afghanistan machen, das von amerikanischen Truppen als Reaktion auf die Anschläge vom 11. September bombardiert wird. Im Chaos des Krieges wird die Gruppe auseinander gerissen, Monir wird von seinen Freunden getrennt, Ruhal, Asif und Shafiq gefangen genommen und in das berüchtigte Camp in Guantanamo Bay gebracht, wo ihnen jahrelange Gefangenschaft und Folter bevorstehen.
