Noa glaubt zwar, dass man Leute heutzutage nur noch über Dating-Apps kennenlernen kann. Aber ihre bisherigen Erfahrungen mit Online-Dates waren trotzdem eine absolute Katastrophe. Vor allem ihr letztes Tinder-Treffen mit Hipster Chat, der beim Abendessen bei einem Asiaten wirklich in jedes denkbare Fettnäpfchen getreten ist, nur um Noa dann als „frigide Schlampe“ den Schwarzen Peter zuzuschieben, lässt sie endgültig am Sinn des Datings zweifeln. Doch dann lernt sie ausgerechnet in der Gemüseabteilung des Supermarktes den supercharmanten und megalustigen Steve kennen. Natürlich rückt Noa da sofort ihre Nummer raus – und nachdem das erste Date auch noch super gelaufen ist, steht schon bald das erste gemeinsame Wochenende auf dem Plan. Nur entpuppt sich Steve schon am ersten Abend als ausgemachter Psychopath, der einen ebenso perfiden wie für ihn lukrativen Plan mit Noa verfolgt…
