Martyrs Lane - A Ghost Story (2022)
Die kleine Leah wächst in einem alten Pfarrhaus auf - mit einem Vater, der nie Zeit für sie hat, einer streitlustigen, älteren Schwester, und einer Mutter, die nicht nur distanziert ist, sondern die Leah auch fast ängstigt. Leah ist einsam, sie wird von Alpträumen geplagt. Eines Nachts findet sie jedoch eine Freundin: Ein kleines Mädchen im weißen Kleid mit Engelsflügeln klopft an ihr Fenster und Leah lässt sie ein. Die beiden reden, lachen, haben Spaß - bis Leah erkennen muss, dass ihre neue geisterhafte Freundin etwas im Schilde führt. Atmosphärischer britischer Grusel.
