Brahim (S. Chilah) ist dreißig, Muslim und schwul. In der Familie ist seine Sexualität immer noch ein Tabuthema, das für Spannungen sorgt - und als selbst die große Geburtstagsfeier seiner Mutter in eine Konfrontation mit den konservativen Traditionen seiner Verwandtschaft mündet, flüchtet sich der junge Belgier ins nächtliche Treiben Gleichgesinnter.
