The Seed (2021)
Heather, Deidre und Charlotte verbringen ein Mädels-Wochenende in einem luxuriösen Haus in der Mojave-Wüste. In der Nacht beobachtet das Trio einen spektakulären Meteoritenschauer. Das Phänomen am Himmel hat Folgen: In ihrem Pool landet etwas, das die Girls zunächst für einen Meteoriten halten. Bei näherer Betrachtung entpuppt sich dieser jedoch als seltsame Kreatur. Während die Freundinnen darüber diskutieren, was sie mit dem offensichtlich außerirdischen Wesen machen sollen, wird ihnen die Entscheidung bald auf schreckliche Weise abgenommen.
