Woman Wanted (1999)
Rivalität und Missgunst ziehen sich wie eine unsichtbare Grenze durch das Haus, in dem Richard Goddard seit dem Tod seiner Frau zusammen mit seinem Sohn Wendell lebt. Als die ständigen Auseinandersetzungen kaum mehr erträglich sind, geben die beiden eine Zeitungsanzeige mit dem Text "Frau gesucht" auf ... und lernen Emma kennen. Eine Frau mit unglaublicher Anziehungskraft, aber auch mit mysteriöser Vergangenheit. Bei ihrem Versuch, alte Wunden zu heilen, verwickelt sich Emma immer tiefer in ein unheimliches Dreiecksverhältnis, das für einen der drei tödlich enden könnte ...
