Todesschreie (1982)
In einer typischen amerikanischen Kleinstadt zieht der Jahrmarkt ein, was für reichlich Aufregung und Ausgelassenheit sorgt, so daß sowohl die kleinen Probleme des Alltags für einen Abend vergessen als auch übersehen wird, das just ein Teenagerpärchen spurlos verschwunden ist. Was niemand weiß: die sind einem Unbekannten zum Opfer gefallen, der ihre Leichen im nahen Fluß verschwinden ließ. Als eine Gruppe der Stadtjugend schließlich nach dem Fest in Flußnähe jedoch noch feiern möchte, machen sie recht schnell Bekanntschaft mit dem Täter und seiner Machete...
