Außer Rand und Band (1956)
In der Provinz entdeckt der Bandmanager Steve Hollis eine Rock-‘n’-Roll-Band und holt sie nach New York. Dort will er die Musiker von “Bill Haley & The Comets” groß herausbringen. Doch seine alte Freundin Corinne Talbot, Chefin der bedeutendsten Konzertagentur Amerikas, lässt sich nicht so leicht überzeugen. Auch dass Steve ein Auge auf die Tänzerin Lisa geworfen hat, ist ihr ein Dorn im Auge...
