Weiblich, ledig, jung sucht... (1992)
Nach der Trennung von ihrem Freund Sam fühlt sich die junge Allison Jones einsam. Sie entschließt sich, ein Inserat zu schalten, um eine neue Mitbewohnerin zu finden. Hedra meldet sich und die beiden Frauen werden auf Anhieb beste Freundinnen. Als sich Allison jedoch wider Erwarten mit Sam versöhnt, zeigt sich die neue Mitbewohnerin plötzlich von einer bis dato nicht gekannten, erschreckenden Seite. Denn Hedra ist krankhaft eifersüchtig. In Allison sieht sie einen Ersatz für ihre verstorbene Zwillingsschwester, für deren Tod sie sich verantwortlich fühlt. Hedra begnügt sich nicht damit, das Aussehen von Allison durch Kleidung und Frisur anzunehmen, sie ergreift auch drastische Maßnahmen, um Allison und Sam wieder auseinanderzubringen.
