Spiel auf Bewährung (2006)
Sean Porter ist Bewährungshelfer in einer Jugendstrafanstalt, in der er zusammen mit seinem Kollegen, Malcolm Moore, eine Gruppe jugendlicher Schwerverbrecher in vier Wochen in ein Highschool-Footballteam verwandeln will. Konfrontiert mit Gangrivalitäten und erbittertem Hass zwischen den Mitgliedern seines Teams, versucht Porter, den Kids Sinn für Selbstachtung und Verantwortung beizubringen. Dabei lernt er auch selbst noch ein paar Lektionen dazu. Da rund 75 Prozent dieser jugendlichen Insassen in den Knast zurückkehren oder ein gewaltsames Ende auf der Straße finden, stehen Porter und Moore scheinbar unüberwindbaren Hürden gegenüber. Werden sich Porter und sein Team durch harte Arbeit und viel Motivation den Weg zu einer zweiten Chance erkämpfen können?
