Der Ernährungsplan von Vampiren ist naturgemäß sehr überschaubar – ohne menschliches Blut zu trinken, können sie nicht überleben. Für die junge Vampirin Sasha hat die Sache nur einen Haken: Aus Mitleid mit ihren Opfern bringt sie es nicht über sich, jemandem wehzutun, geschweige denn umzubringen. Doch die Geduld ihrer Eltern hat ein Ende: Sasha wird vor die Tür gesetzt und soll nun von ihrer skrupellosen Cousine die blutige Nahrungsbeschaffung lernen. Wie praktisch, dass sie Einzelgänger Paul begegnet, denn der will sowieso nicht mehr leben und meldet sich freiwillig als ihr erstes Opfer. Einen letzten Wunsch will Sasha ihm noch erfüllen, aber seine letzte Nacht läuft anders als geplant …
