Raptor (2001)
In der Nähe einer amerikanischen Kleinstadt geschehen unerklärliche Morde an Jugendliche. Die gefundenen Leichen sind dabei allesamt schrecklich zugerichtet, so dass Sheriff Tanner vor einem Rätsel steht. Auch als seine Tochter Zeugin wird, wie ihr Freund getötet wird, erhellt sich die Angelegenheit zunächst nicht, da sie mit einem Schock im Krankenhaus liegt. Erst allmählich wird Tanner bewusst, dass es sich um eine mysteriöse Saurierspezies handelt. Die Spur führt zu einem geheimnisumwitterten Labor, in dem der undurchsichtige Dr. Hyde die Fäden zieht. Dieser erweist sich als wenig kooperativ, als der Sheriff mit seinen Ermittlungen in seinem Dunstkreis landet. Die Lage scheint zu eskalieren, als plötzlich sogar eine Militäreinheit eintrifft und das Gelände stürmt. Doch die Raptoren lassen sich nicht einfach unterkriegen und ein blutiger Kampf entbrennt...
