Frank Pettingell (1. Januar 1891 – 17. Februar 1966) war ein englischer Schauspieler. Pettingell wurde in Liverpool geboren und studierte an der Universität Manchester. Während des Ersten Weltkriegs diente er im King’s Liverpool Regiment. Er wirkte in Filmen wie dem Original von „Gaslight“ (1940, als ehemaliger Detektiv, der den Fall löst), „Kipps“ (1941, als Old Kipps) und „Becket“ (1964, als Herzog von York) mit. Seine Sammlung gedruckter und handschriftlicher Theaterstücke – größtenteils erworben vom Sohn des Komikers Arthur Williams (1844–1915) – befindet sich in der Templeman Library der Universität Kent.
